How to Use the CICA Repair Kit

4 Mins read

Here at Cica we love our customers and want to ensure that you have a great experience using our products.

That’s why we’ve created this how-to guide.

How to Use the Cica Repair Kit

For starters, you can use the CICA Repair Kit as a moisturizer.

The vitamin E in the serum acts as an antioxidant and can help to fight free radicals that break down your skin cells.

It also helps with exfoliation, removing dead skin cells so that newer ones have a chance to grow healthier and more radiant.

This is ideal for those with dry or sensitive skin because they don’t need anything too harsh on their face.

The product could also be used as a primer underneath makeup (or even just by itself).

The formula works well to hydrate your face without being greasy or heavy on your skin.

And since it’s water-based, it won’t clog pores like some other products might do!

The added SPF will protect against harmful UV rays so you can enjoy peace of mind throughout the day without worrying about damaging your delicate epidermis from exposure – even if you’re out playing at the park all morning long!

It makes an excellent foundation when paired together with other products such as concealers or powders depending on how much coverage one needs at any given moment.

Can You Wear Cicapair to Bed?

Cicapair is not designed to be worn to bed.

Because the product contains SPF, it is best to apply it during the day so that you can benefit from its sun protection properties.

Cicapair is a primer and moisturizer and should be used as such.

Additionally, we recommend that you do not use Cicapair as a foundation because there are other products on our site specifically designed for that purpose.

One example is our Cica-Tinted Moisturizer Foundation which can be used in addition or instead of Cicapair depending on what you prefer for your skincare regimen!

What is Cicapair Used for?

Cicapair is a skincare product that is used to reduce the appearance of acne scars.

It is a gel that you apply directly to the skin, not as a moisturizer, but instead as an acne scar treatment.

The product was developed by two dermatologists in France who wanted to create an effective solution for their patients with acne scars who were not getting results from other products on the market.

Do You Use Cicapair Before or After Moisturizer?

The CICA Repair Kit is designed to be used before moisturizer in the morning, but you have the option of using it after.

And many people prefer both!

You may not find a significant difference between the two methods, so feel free to experiment with both and see what works best for your skin type.

If you’re unsure which method will provide the most benefits for your skin, try it both ways and see which one feels more comfortable or effective for you.

Does Cicapair Help Acne Scars?

Cicapair is not specifically designed to help acne scars.

However, it does contain two active ingredients that can reduce the appearance of acne scars: salicylic acid and vitamin B3 (niacinamide).

Salicylic acid works by exfoliating skin cells, helping them shed faster and revealing newer, healthier ones underneath.

Niacinamide has anti-inflammatory properties and improves cellular turnover.

The best way to use Cicapair if you’re looking at reducing the appearance of acne scars is as part of a skincare routine that includes other products. For example:

  • Use a facial cleanser first to remove dirt, oil, and makeup; then pat your face dry before applying Cicapair over any remaining traces of cleanser on your skin (if necessary).
  • Apply another layer of Cicapair every few hours as needed for three months (or until you’re happy with the results), then apply every morning after washing your face and before applying moisturizer or sunscreen—and only at night if desired—for six months after using medications like Accutane or Roaccutane that may cause increased sun sensitivity.

Is Cicapair Worth the Hype?

Cicapair is a good product, but it’s not for everyone.

If you have sensitive skin and are looking for an easy way to treat irritation from shaving or waxing, this might be the right product for you.

However, if your skin doesn’t react badly to shaving or waxing and you’re just looking to help prevent ingrown hairs or bumps after removing hair, I would recommend trying many of the other products that we’ve reviewed on our site.

Can You Use Cicapair as Foundation?

Cicapair can be used as a foundation, but it’s best to use it as a primer.

This will allow the product to have the best chance of absorbing into your skin before you apply any makeup.

There are a lot of products that work in tandem with Cicapair, so here are some recommendations:

  • Cicapair Facial Moisturizer

This product is a light moisturizer that can be used alone or under makeup.

It’s oil-free and non-comedogenic, so it won’t clog pores or cause breakouts.

  • Cicapair Sunscreen

This sunscreen contains SPF 25 and helps protect against UVA/B rays.

It’s water resistant for up to 80 minutes and comes in two different formulas depending on your skin type (dry/normal or oily).

Do You Have to Wash Off Cicapair?

No, you don’t have to wash it off.

Cicapair is a hydrator, so you can use it as a moisturizer if your skin is dry or flaky.

It also works well as a primer, foundation, concealer, and highlighter.

Does Cicapair Clog Pores?

No, it doesn’t clog pores.

The CICA Repair Kit is a silicone-based product, so it won’t clog your pores like some other products can do.

It’s also oil-free and fragrance-free, which means you won’t have to worry about any irritation or breakouts on your face.

Final Thoughts

If you’re looking for an anti-aging moisturizer, Cicapair could be a good option.

It contains ingredients like rosehip oil and vitamin C that are known for their antioxidant properties, which can help fight the signs of aging like wrinkles and loss of firmness.

However, it’s important to note that this cream is not going to work miracles overnight.

You’ll still need to use sunscreen daily because there are no sun protection properties within its formula (and remember: SPF never expires!).
