Hyaluronic Acid

What is the Best Drugstore Moisturizer With Hyaluronic Acid?

3 Mins read

If you’re looking for the best drugstore moisturizer with hyaluronic acid, I have a few options to consider.

Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance in your body that helps keep your skin looking young and healthy.

It’s one of my favorite ingredients because it plumps up fine lines and wrinkles, leaving your face feeling hydrated and dewy.

But not all moisturizers are made equal—there are plenty of great ones out there that include this essential ingredient!

1. CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion

CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion is a lightweight, non-greasy moisturizer that is formulated with ceramides and hyaluronic acid to help skin retain moisture.

CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion can be used on the face, body, and hands.

It’s fragrance-free and hypoallergenic, making it ideal for those with sensitive skin or who are prone to breakouts.

The long list of ingredients includes niacinamide (a form of vitamin B3), panthenol (pro-vitamin B5), and cell-communicating agents to help repair tissue damage caused by dryness or aging; as well as ceramides 3 & 6 and hyaluronic acid for hydration.

2. Boots No7 Protect & Perfect Intense Beauty Serum

This is a good serum for the price.

It contains hyaluronic acid, which is proven to be effective in plumping skin and reducing the appearance of wrinkles.

It’s also a good moisturizer, so if you’re looking for both anti-aging and hydrating benefits you can get them here at once.

Your face will feel hydrated and smooth after using this product, and it will stay that way all day long (and night!)

3. Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream

Hyaluronic acid is a natural moisturizer that can be found in the skin itself, but as we age, our bodies produce less of the ingredient.

Hyaluronic acid boosts hydration and helps to plump the skin to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

It’s also great for hydrating dry or normal/oily skin types!

The Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream is one of my favorite drugstore moisturizers because it contains hyaluronic acid—and it’s affordable too!

This cream is lightweight enough to use day and night (you’ll need two pumps for your face), which makes it easy on the wallet when compared with other products featuring this ingredient.

4. Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Face Moisturizer Gel-Cream

This moisturizer is a gel-cream hybrid that can be used in the morning and at night.

It’s lightweight, non-greasy, and fragrance-free—all of which make it a great choice for any skin type.

The hyaluronic acid formula plumps the skin and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles as well.

This product contains 100% pure hyaluronic acid for maximum hydration as well as aloe leaf extract for relief from irritation or redness caused by other skincare products or environmental factors (like sunburn).

5. First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Face Moisturizer

This moisturizer from First Aid Beauty is formulated with hyaluronic acid, shea butter, and ceramides that work together to help hydrate, nourish and smooth your skin.

It’s also formulated with the brand’s own Triple Defense Complex to help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

The formula reduces the appearance of pores on your face, which can give you an overall more youthful-looking complexion.

Plus it protects your skin from environmental damage such as sun exposure and free radicals in our environment (and if you live in an area with lots of pollution or smog).

The result is smoother skin that appears brighter too!

It’s even been clinically proven to improve skin texture while supporting natural collagen production over time (so it will help prevent further aging).

6. RoC Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Anti-Aging Retinol Night Cream

RoC Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Anti-Aging Retinol Night Cream is a drugstore favorite for good reason.

It’s inexpensive ($20 on Amazon), easy to use, and effective.

It contains retinol, which is the active form of vitamin A.

When applied topically, it helps with wrinkles, acne, and dark spots thanks to its ability to stimulate collagen production in your skin.

It also helps improve skin elasticity by working with hyaluronic acid (which we’ll get into below).

The only downside?

Some people can have an allergic reaction after using this product—so if you have sensitive skin or have never used retinoids before, it may be better to try something else first or test a small amount on your neck or wrist before going all-out.

7. SkinCeuticals Hyaluronic Acid Intensifier

This moisturizer is perfect for dry skin types. It’s formulated with hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, antioxidant phyto stem cells, and vitamin E—all of which help protect against free radicals that can age your skin and make it look dull.

Ceramides are also included in the formula to keep moisture locked in your skin so you don’t have to worry about flaky patches peeking out from under your foundation later on in the day (which has absolutely happened to me before).

8. L’Oreal Paris Hyaluronic Acid Serum

Hyaluronic acid, also known as hyaluronan, is a substance found naturally in the skin that can hold up to 1000 times its weight in water.

This acid helps keep skin hydrated and plump. It’s also great for wrinkles, fine lines, and dry patches because it functions as an excellent moisturizer by attracting and retaining moisture to the area under the skin.

So how do you apply this magical elixir?

You can use an expensive $100+ cream with hyaluronic acid or you can get creative with some household items like cucumbers or honey.

Final Thoughts
