Notes

  • This recipe makes a small amount of nasal spray, enough for one person to use for a few days.
  • Be sure to use distilled water, as tap water may contain impurities that can harm the delicate mucous membranes in the nose.
  • It is important to store the nasal spray in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

How to Use

  1. Clean the nozzle of the spray bottle with a damp cloth before using.
  2. Blow your nose to clear any mucus.
  3. Tilt your head back slightly and insert the nozzle of the spray bottle into one nostril.
  4. Spray a few times and then repeat on the other nostril.
  5. Use as needed, up to 3 times a day.
