Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of coconut oil
  • 5-10 drops of essential oil (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of granulated sugar and 1 cup of melted coconut oil.
  • If using essential oil, add 5-10 drops and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a jar or container and let it cool to room temperature.
  • The scrub is now ready to use.

Notes

  • Use extra-fine granulated sugar for a smoother scrub.
  • If the scrub is too runny, add more sugar, if too thick, add more coconut oil.
  • You can also add other ingredients like honey, vanilla extract, or lemon juice.
  • Store in an airtight container and use within 6 months.
 

How to Use

 
  1. Wet your skin with warm water.
  2. Take a small amount of scrub in your hand and gently massage onto your skin in a circular motion.
  3. Rinse with warm water and pat your skin dry.
  4. Use 2-3 times a week for best results.
