A sugar scrub is a great way to exfoliate and hydrate your skin, especially in the summer. Sugar scrubs are easy to make, and you can customize them to suit your skin's needs. In this article, we'll show you how to make a simple and effective sugar scrub for legs without coconut oil.

Equipment

  • Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Jar with lid

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 10 drops of essential oil (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together the sugar, olive oil, and honey.
  • If using essential oils, add them now and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture into a jar with a lid.

Notes

  • You can use any essential oil that you like, such as lavender, peppermint, or lemon.
  • The sugar scrub can be stored in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
  • Olive oil can be replaced with almond oil, jojoba oil, or any other oil that you prefer.
  • Honey can be replaced with agave nectar or maple syrup.
 

How to Use

 
  1. Wet your legs in the shower.
  2. Scoop a small amount of the sugar scrub into your hands.
  3. Massage the scrub into your legs in circular motions, focusing on rough areas like your ankles and knees.
  4. Rinse your legs with warm water.
  5. Pat your legs dry with a towel.
